The Third Eye of the Gazelle
"First prize" winner of gamification applied to neurocience at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown's Neuro Jam (2018) .
Created by Isaque Sanches and Eva Vital.
The Third Eye of The Gazelle is a 1v1 local multiplayer game about self-confidence and gaslighting.
Players are rewarded not only by their in-game performance but also by correctly asserting who is responsible for past mistakes (which is deliberately unreadable during play).
From a scientific point of view, the goal of this experiment was to attempting to track players' confidence regarding their performance relatively to their opponent.
